World Gym San Diego is our newest club  to join the treadmill saver revolution. Upon Green Fit Co’s arrival, the treadmill that we were installing upon was drawing 17 amps! Holy cow, that is way too high. As you all know, anything above 12 amps on any model of treadmill is doing damage to the belt, deck, and electronics. These parts become enormously expensive and also takes your equipment out of service for the repairs to be performed. Add in the unnecessary burn of energy and it is just plain costly.

This dirty towel is from cleaning between the deck and belt. All that dirt causes friction which heats up your treadmill and wears the motor out prematurely.

Once again, the treadmill saver™ came to the rescue and this machine is now glowing green drawing only 8 amps. That is half of the electrical draw upon Green Fit Co’s arrival, just ten minutes ago! With the treadmill saver™ installed, the gym manager can just glance down the line of treadmills and see which machine needs some preventative maintenance.
