About Us

Green Fit is an innovative health and fitness holding company for product and service companies. Our niche is in supporting efficiency and equipment uptime, focused on lowering the operating expenses associated with managing and operating health and fitness facilities.

The Directors of Green Fit Anthony, Justin and Austin Hai were previously lessors to the Federal government for over 15 years in five states as developers of specifically designed buildings that were occupied by the FBI, including secure, fully-equipped gym facilities.

Justin Hai

Director & President

Justin is a creative enthusiast and entrepreneurial product development specialist. His design work is frequently represented in the marketplace with state of art products by Dacor, BMW, Disney, Universal, Sunrider, Apple, JP Morgan Chase, OXO, Yamaha and many others.

Leading the corporate team and designing the Green Fit innovative product line is Justin’s latest passion.

Justin graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with honors in Industrial Design and Animation as well as Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business. Additionally, Mr. Hai was awarded the DARPA Design Award of Excellence for his work on the international space station.

Austin Hai

Director

Austin owns and runs the largest cardio and strength equipment re-manufacturing facility in the US and comprising 110,000 sf situated in Long Beach California and exporting to countries world-wide. Austin graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in business administration.

Anthony Hai

Director

As a real estate developer and owner in both the UK and US, Mr. Hai has been in the property business for nearly 40 years.

Anthony has worked on many projects that housed fitness facilities, thus establishing a key understanding of facility design and management standards for both the private sector and government agencies. Projects of significance were several FBI field offices containing comprehensive workout facilities for special agents.

In the last five years, Mr. Hai has been providing strategic counsel as a board member to several fitness related equipment companies.

Jimmé Peters

Marketing

Over the last 20 plus years, Jimmé has guided large and small clients on a global scale through the branding process, multiple marketing mediums and public relations campaigns to expose their products and services. Green Fitness Equipment Co. is the most recent launch that Jimme’ is leading as the innovative treadmill saver and gymTOOLKIT preventative maintenance solutions are introduced to the fitness industry.

Jimme’ earned degrees in Marketing, an International Marketing MBA and has completed post graduate work in Organizational Development and Entrepreneurship.

Lynne Taylor

Finance

Lynne has over 15 years of accounting, finance and tax experience, her real passion is implementing solutions to seamlessly integrate accounting and finance with CRM and operations applications. Lynne’s background and experience includes Chief Financial Officer (CFO) positions held with RSI Relo Inc, Live Out Loud and uvine.com, and IT and accounting consulting roles for a variety of private and publicly-traded companies like IDEX, Sempra Energy and Allied Domecq, encompassing ERP and information technology projects.

Lynne earned degrees in Marketing and Management from the University of Oregon and an MBA with a Finance concentration from San Diego State University and is a licensed California Certified Public Accountant.
